In February a Swiss delegation attended the AIESEC Alumni International Congress in Budapest, which was hold in parallel to the International Presidents Meeting. 80 Alumni from around the world including AIESEC founder Jean Choplin gathered to discuss the global initiatives to drive AIESEC Alumni International forward, to interact with AIESEC current leaders and to celebrate 25 years of the AIESEC Alumni International Organization. A morning of panel discussions focussing on the current state and future of the European and Hungarian economy as well as businesses and entrepreneurs in the economic context added the business perspective to the meeting.
The next AIESEC Alumni International Congress takes place from August 23rd – 26th 2012 in Moskow together with International Congress. About 400 Alumni are expected to attend this outstanding event. Before and after the congress study tours in Moscow and St. Petersburg are offered.
